Your order is processed the same day it is received! All in-stock orders are
shipped within 24 business hours!

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
When you place an on-line order with us, you will be able to select your
shipping method and type of credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
When your order has been submitted, you will automatically receive an Order
Confirmation email. When your
package ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation. Depending on your
shipping method, this email will provide you the shipping service or delivery
confirmation number.

DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic orders placed before 3PM EST, Monday through Friday will ship the same
day. International orders placed
before 1PM EST will ship same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
For standard shipping please allow 4-7 days for delivery within the continental
United States. For priority shipping
allow 2-3 days within the continental United States. Delivery times to international
destinations will vary.

BACKORDERS/PREORDERS
In stock items will ship immediately.
Items that are out of stock will ship as soon as additional stock
arrives.

RETURNS
You must call or e-mail for an RA# before any return! Returns sent to us without
an RA# will not be accepted. Defective music can only be exchanged for the same
title.
If you have any problem with your order you must contact us immediately and we
will do everything possible to correct the problem. In most cases original and return
shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse delivery on any shipment for any reason, you will be financially
responsible for the return shipping charges incurred to us by the carrier. You
also will be financially responsible for any duties and taxes we will have to
pay. These charges will either be deducted from any credit or charged to your
credit card.
